Sketches of luminosity functions and their breakdown by type for a range of environmental densities, from very dense (Coma cluster) to the Field. The suggestion here is that the LFs for individual types don't change that much, but it is the relative mix of Hubble type that changes with environment, and the sum of these gives the integrated LF.
