While the times are not well known, it is thought that the first stars were formed at
~200 Myr (z ~ 20) with reionization complete by z ~ 5. Current observations have found
a few dozen objects in the first Gyr, mainly quasars and some lensed galaxies.
This whole region is a primary target goal for JWST. Notice the "dark age" from the CMB to the first stars.
